How we’re run
One dedicated team
At Blue Smile, we’re proud of our diverse team which helps inspire Happier Children to lead Brighter Futures.
We’re all dedicated to supporting children at a difficult stage of their lives.
Our early intervention is important and our diverse team helps make this a reality.
From our Charity Director, to our School Clinical Leads, Therapists and office based team, our staff are at the heart of everything we do.

In schools
Our therapists are at the beating heart of our frontline support to children in schools.
They provide our leading counselling and arts based therapy to pupils.
They’re trained to recognise children’s needs and identify any safeguarding issues which might arise.
They also provide groupwork, staff support and training within schools as part of our whole school approach to mental health.
‘Even after all this time, I learn so much from each child I work with. I love the journeys we go on together’
Jane, Therapist
In our office
Our Co-ordinators and Clinical School Leads provide support to our frontline therapists in their day-to-day roles.
Our office based colleagues come from a variety of skilled backgrounds.
They cover other roles which support the work of our charity – including HR, Finance and IT, as well as Fundraising, Marketing and Communications.
